Due to the Board’s strict adherence to the Declaration’s building standards and use restrictions, Crown Point has been able to maintain a high level of class and attractiveness. Without proper oversight, standards for a business park can shift. Once exceptions are made, a precedent is set and the lesser standard becomes the threshold by which future standards are measured. Our elected Board of Directors meets regularly to review conditions in the park and diligently enforce our covenants. Occasionally, the Board will challenge a proposed use or request exterior architectural changes in order to preserve the character of the park.
